New for 2026: curated Quarry Face demonstrations

Hillhead is introducing an exciting new way to experience the latest big kit in action at the Quarry Face demonstration area.

At 11:00, 12:30 and 14:00 each day, leading manufacturers will showcase their machines as part of a dynamic curated live show hosted by broadcaster and technology presenter Nikki Dean. Combining live machine operation with expert commentary and manufacturer interviews, all the action will be streamed onto a giant LED screen set against the dramatic quarry face backdrop.

With a wide range of new product launches set to feature, visitors will see exactly what today’s most advanced equipment can do in a real working quarry environment, while hearing directly from the experts behind it. Discover how electrification, automation and intelligent machine technologies are reshaping quarry and construction operations, improving productivity, reducing operating costs and lowering environmental impact. From AI-powered safety systems and operator assistance features to zero-emission electric drivetrains, these innovations are helping create safer, more efficient and sustainable sites.
