Among the live demonstrations, Komatsu and McHale Plant Sales will showcase a combination of excavators, wheel loaders and articulated dump trucks operating across the quarry face, while Hyundai Construction Equipment will also demonstrate excavators, wheel loaders and ADTs in live loading and haulage applications.

CASE Construction Equipment is expected to bring a selection of excavators, wheel loaders and articulated dump trucks, with final machine details to be confirmed, while DEVELON will demonstrate an excavator, wheel loader and dumper operating within the quarry environment.

Large excavator demonstrations will feature prominently throughout the area, including the Hitachi ZX490-7 from Hitachi Construction Machinery, a 30-tonne HMK 310LC-5 crawler excavator from Hidromek, and both the 52-tonne SY500H and 42-tonne SY390H excavators from SANY Europe. Zoomlion is also expected to demonstrate a 35-tonne or larger excavator within the Quarry Face area, while XCMG will showcase its XE380E 40-tonne excavator alongside the XC978E wheeled loader.

Alternative power and low-emission technologies will also feature strongly. Volvo Construction Equipment will demonstrate an electric line-up including the EC230 electric excavator, L120H electric wheel loader and Volvo eFMX Tridem rigid truck, while Munro Vehicles will showcase two Dynamic Series M 4x4 vehicles operating around the quarry face.

Processing and attachment technologies will also be demonstrated throughout the area. SBM Mineral Processing is expected to operate either an impact crusher or jaw crusher within the demo area, while Worsley Plant will showcase a range of specialist excavator attachments in live operation.

Dust suppression systems will also feature within the Quarry Face demonstrations, with Corgin showcasing equipment including the Mist Cannon Ranger, DustLayer and Integral systems operating throughout the show.
