Leading the line-up, Terex Finlay will demonstrate a major processing train featuring the J-1170+ tracked jaw crusher, C-1540+ prototype cone crusher and 694 inclined screen, with material fed by a Kobelco SK300LC-11E 30-tonne excavator. Nearby, McCloskey International will operate its J5 crusher alongside a Gipo roller screen, while MDS will showcase the heavy-duty MDS 515 screening unit designed for oversized material applications.

Integrated crushing, screening and stockpiling systems will also feature strongly throughout the area. Astec Industries and Telestack are expected to demonstrate a jaw crusher feeding directly into a scalping unit, highlighting continuous material flow and stockpile management, while McLanahan, together with Anaconda and RubbleCrusher, will showcase a combination of crushing and screening equipment, including an additional compact RubbleCrusher unit planned specifically for Hillhead 2026.

Live crushing demonstrations will continue with RUBBLE MASTER operating its RM120X crusher in the demo area, supported by material handling equipment supplied through EDGE Innovate.

Supporting technologies will also form part of the live displays. Fogmaker UK & Ireland will showcase a trailer-mounted fire suppression unit within the demonstration area, while ACE Plant will demonstrate a range of dust suppression and site support equipment including a Manitou 9324 telehandler with Quick Spray attachment, a John Deere unit paired with a 9,000-litre DSU system complete with rain gun and spinning disc, alongside a Pramac Generac DF75000 MPT with Smart Dust Fighter system.
