Vehicle defect checks

Drivers log in to the Podfather app (downloadable from the Google Play Store, and compatible with almost all Android smartphone and tablet devices) and are then prompted to complete their vehicle checks before they can start their work.

Our vehicle check functionality is easy to use, helps you maintain compliance and gives you peace of mind when your drivers are out on the road. 

Core features:

• Start of day checks: Vehicle checks can be enforced for drivers to complete before their jobs each day.  Any defects can be instantly shared with maintenance teams for prompt rectification. 
• Defect reporting & archive: All the vehicle checks captured using our app are stored in your Podfather system indefinitely.  The information is searchable and defect tags make it easier to filter and sort information when required.  
• Roadside inspection: A record of completed vehicle checks can be accessed by drivers out on the road.  If a driver is stopped by a law enforcement authority, the can show evidence that a defect check was completed.
