HP500 Hydraulically Actuated Wet Clutch

The HP500 is an oil-filled, multiple disc, hydraulically actuated self-adjusting wet clutch engineered for demanding heavy-duty applications including crushers, grinders, mulchers, dredgers and heavy-duty drilling equipment.

Rated at 500 HP at 1800 rpm and up to 611 HP at 2200 rpm, the HP500 delivers smooth engagement through an advanced control system with remote actuation via J1939 or switch input. Its self-adjusting clutch design eliminates the need for a pilot bearing while providing high side load capability for both in-line and side-load installations.

Available with SAE #1, #2 and #3 input housings and input couplings from SAE 355 (14”) to SAE 255 (10”), the HP500 supports flexible integration into OEM machinery. Optional configurations include single or dual auxiliary pump towers (2–4 pads), rotatable SAE pump pads (A–E), and standard 1:1 or optional 0.87:1 and 0.77:1 speed increase ratios.
