A tyre service provider is only as capable as the equipment it brings to site. At T&C Site Services, we have invested heavily in our specialist earthmover service fleet widely regarded as the most advanced in the UK. These purpose-built vehicles are designed specifically for earthmover and OTR tyres weighing several tonnes and standing over three metres tall.

Our 50+ strong fleet is engineered to safely manipulate, transport and service these oversized tyres. Heavy-duty hydraulic cranes are modified not only to lift but also to “push” wheel assemblies into position, reducing manual handling, improving accuracy and reducing downtime.

Safety is built into every system. Cranes are operated via remote control, allowing technicians full visibility from a safe position. Remote hydraulic jacking systems monitor stability, while JackSafe and high-capacity jacks ensure secure lifting on uneven ground.

A key innovation is our Infinity Handler, launched at Hillhead 2024 with Truck & Marine Cranes Limited. It handles 15–49” tyres with 360-degree rotation and 140-degree tilt. Lighter and stronger than earlier systems, it reduces manual handling and improves safety and efficiency, with a 4.5-tonne version in development.

High-pressure compressors delivering up to 145 PSI (10 bar) allow fast, controlled inflation of large OTR tyres, supported by extended inflation lines for safe operation.

Efficiency is central to the fleet design. Most tasks are completed by a single technician, reducing labour costs and downtime. Environmental systems ensure safe containment of fluids and prevent ground contamination.

This enables true point of failure servicing—bringing the workshop directly to the machine instead of relying on off-site transport. It supports nationwide coverage across quarries, construction and infrastructure sites.

We maintain an in-house workshop to keep every vehicle in peak condition and ready for deployment. This focus on engineering, safety and innovation delivers a highly efficient and dependable on-site tyre service.
