The Anaconda J12 is a tracked mobile jaw crusher engineered for high-performance primary reduction in quarrying, demolition, recycling and mining. It features a 1,100 mm × 700 mm (44” × 28”) Universal Jaw Chamber with hydraulic drive, adjustment and release. Corrugated manganese dies are fitted as standard, with other profiles available. The J12 handles a wide range of natural rock and recycled materials, including granite, slate, limestone, asphalt, bricks and reinforced concrete. Quick setup and breakdown let operators begin crushing within 20 minutes of arriving on site.

Material is fed into the hopper and across a vibrating grizzly feeder, with a side dirt belt removing the majority of fines before entering the chamber. Crushed product is discharged by the main conveyor, while a standard overband magnet lifts out steel and tramp iron. The chamber is protected by a hydraulic toggle with overload release and automatic reset, and a reverse jaw function helps clear blockages. Operation is straightforward with a three-speed button control panel. The J12 also works seamlessly with Anaconda screens and conveyors to form complete processing circuits.
