The Quincy QR-25 is a robust, heavy-duty reciprocating piston air compressor designed for reliable operation in industrial and marine environments. Available in single-stage and two-stage configurations from 1 to 25 horsepower, the QR-25 is 100% duty cycle-rated, ensuring continuous performance and maximum operational safety.

Engineered for durability, the QR-25 features high-efficiency cast-iron cylinders, high-pressure cast-iron pistons, lapped cast-iron valve seats and steel valve discs with low-lift design. Aluminum connecting rods with full-flow lubrication passages and a positive displacement oil pump provide continuous lubrication and extended component life. Oversized tapered roller bearings further enhance reliability under demanding operating conditions.

Loadless starting is enabled via intake unloaders and hydraulic unloading systems, reducing motor wear and improving energy efficiency. An integrated Safe-Q-Lube system provides additional protection in low-oil conditions, while spin-on oil filters and easy-access valve pockets simplify maintenance.

Two-stage models operate up to 200 PSIG continuously and up to 500 PSIG intermittently (model dependent), delivering stable air pressure and consistent output across a wide range of industrial applications.
