Megacast

Introducing the Megacast, a revolutionary system designed to simplify wet cast production for newcomers. With precision and efficiency at its core, this innovative solution offers user-friendly manual operation through a Danfoss lever valve bank, ensuring reliability and ease of use. Its compact yet robust design features a 1.0m³ concrete holding hopper, accommodating wet cast products up to 1.4m wide, 600mm deep, and 5m long. From clamping to demoulding, the Megacast's 4,000 kg lift capacity and 1.4m lift height facilitate smooth handling, while a vibrator mounted on the chute guarantees uniform concrete distribution. Safety features, including collision barriers, provide added protection for operators. With a production capacity of up to 25 gangs per shift and a 7.5 kW power supply, the Megacast ensures efficient and dependable wet cast production, setting newcomers on the path to success in the industry.
