Every load is measured and recorded in real time. Tonnes per hour, running totals, and production targets are tracked continuously across every machine type, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, conveyors, mobile crushers, and screens.

Locations: Machine, Load & Dump Points

Machine location and destination are tracked alongside payload. Load and dump locations are recorded automatically, giving managers a complete picture of material movement from pit to stockpile.

Time & Events: Cycle Times, Downtime & Uptime

Cycle times, downtime events, and productive uptime are logged for every machine on every shift. The built-in Scheduler supports plant modes and shift assignments to provide the what, where, and when of your unique workflow.

Secure Cloud Storage & API Access

Data is transmitted using MQTT and stored securely in the Loadrite Cloud with TLS and x.509 authentication, compliant with GDPR and CCPA privacy standards. The InsightHQ API makes your fleet data available to ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and third-party systems in real time.
