Kinshofer Selector Grabs

Kinshofer Selector Grabs are engineered for efficient demolition, sorting, and handling of a wide range of materials. Designed for excavators from approximately 10 to 37 tonnes, they provide a versatile and reliable solution for construction, demolition, and recycling environments.

Constructed from high-strength materials, the grabs feature durable, replaceable cutting edges made from 500 HB steel, ensuring long service life even under demanding conditions. Their perforated shell design allows fine materials such as dust and gravel to pass through while retaining larger debris, improving sorting efficiency and reducing material handling time.

Exceptional closing force is achieved through two horizontally positioned hydraulic cylinders, which are protected within the grab structure and hydraulically cushioned to reduce wear and extend component life. This design enables secure gripping and precise handling of a wide variety of materials, from concrete and rubble to scrap and mixed waste.

A fully integrated rotation system with a robust slewing ring allows smooth, continuous operation while withstanding high external forces. Hydraulic hoses are safely routed  the hub for protection, and an integrated pressure relief valve prevents overload, enhancing both safety and durability during operation.

Designed for maximum versatility, selector grabs can be fitted with quick-change systems and are compatible with a wide range of excavators and attachments. Their ability to perform sorting, loading, and demolition tasks with a single tool significantly improves productivity and reduces the need for multiple attachments on site.
