Kinshofer NOX Tiltrotator

Kinshofer Tiltrotators are designed to significantly enhance the functionality, efficiency, and versatility of excavators by enabling full rotational and tilting movement of attached tools. With 360° continuous rotation and a tilt angle of up to ±50°, they allow operators to position attachments precisely without repositioning the machine, improving productivity and reducing cycle times.

At the core of the design is a compact, cylinderless tilt and rotation unit, which eliminates exposed components such as hydraulic cylinders. This results in a low-profile, narrow structure that improves durability, protects critical components from damage, and allows operation in confined spaces such as trenches and around existing infrastructure.

The robust cast housing, manufactured from high-strength alloy materials, ensures long service life even in the most demanding environments. An integrated worm gear drive system delivers high and consistent torque while absorbing shock loads, contributing to reliable, low-maintenance operation during continuous use.

Kinshofer Tiltrotators are designed for seamless integration with excavators via direct mount or quick coupler systems, allowing fast attachment changes and compatibility with a wide range of tools including buckets, grapples, and specialist attachments. This flexibility transforms the excavator into a highly adaptable carrier capable of handling multiple tasks with a single machine.
