At T&C Site Services, our technicians are the foundation of everything we deliver. Whether your equipment needs tyres, repairs, re-treading, rotation or inspection, our team works efficiently, safely and to the highest professional standard. In the high-risk world of earthmover and OTR tyre fitting, experience and judgement are essential to keeping operations moving.

We employ the largest team of qualified tyre technicians in the UK, supported by experienced management and hundreds of years of combined industry knowledge. This ensures downtime is resolved quickly, safely and cost-effectively.

All eligible technicians are certified IMI Earthmover/OTR Tyre Fitters, the highest recognised qualification in the industry and every junior technician completes a 12-month internal training programme before working independently. Our team also holds ALLMI, MPQC, SPA Quarry Passports, CSCS cards and where required HGV CPC licences. We also employ vulcanised repair specialists trained to REMA Tip Top standards.

In 2019, we helped develop the first nationally IMI-recognised Earthmover/OTR Tyre Fitters course with Roadside Safety and Continental Tyres. The three-day programme covers health and safety, tyre legislation, load ratings, fitting procedures and practical assessments. It is now the industry benchmark and all eligible T&C technicians are certified.

We invest heavily in training because tyre decisions directly affect safety, cost and productivity. As one of the most expensive consumables on any fleet, correct decisions reduce unnecessary replacement and improve efficiency.
