The Anaconda I12R is a versatile closed-circuit tracked impact crusher suited for aggregates and C&D recycling such as concrete, asphalt and demolition waste. It features a robust 1,090 mm × 1,140 mm (43” × 45”) Universal impact chamber with a four-bar rotor and a 3,660 mm × 1,520 mm (12’ × 5’) two-deck recirculating screen. The two-deck screen separates material into fines and mids for precise sizing, while oversize material is carried by the return conveyor back to the chamber or diverted to stockpile, delivering a high quality product in a single pass.

A dual cross-conveyor system with a reversible top conveyor adds flexibility for a third product when needed. Fines are carried on a 1,400 mm (55”) conveyor, with mids and oversize material on dedicated transfer conveyors feeding the radial return conveyor for recirculation or stockpiling. Standard features include a heavy-duty feeder with an integrated finger deck, overband magnet, side dirt belt and hydraulic folding conveyors. With compact transport dimensions and 20 minute setup, the I12R impact crusher combines mobility, efficiency, and performance to reduce cost per tonne and maximise output.
