Heavier duty screens

Both Fingers and Punched Plate are very popular for heavier duty applications, although they can be used on lighter products too.

Plate can be made to your specification with blanks at the support bars where necessary, hooked or with bolt holes to suit your mobile screener or rolled to suit your trommel.  With round, square or hexagonal holes and blank areas at the impact point they can be pretty much designed however you want.

Grizzly Fingers are used in heavy duty demolition and recycling work at larger apertures, with their lighter duty counterpart, cascade fingers, on the smaller apertures.  Having no 'end point' there is less chance of material becoming stuck at the end of the screen and the resulting build up requring down time to clear out.
