Fluidised Bed Drying Systems

A continuous fluid-bed system is designed for the efficient drying and cooling of powders, granules, and flake materials in a continuous process. Wet product is conveyed across a perforated bed while heated process air is distributed evenly through the perforated plate below. The upward airflow fluidizes the material, causing the solids to behave like a fluid and ensuring highly efficient heat and mass transfer. Air velocity is precisely controlled to maintain optimal fluidization throughout the process.

Product conveying is achieved using a low-frequency, high-amplitude shaking mechanism. This unique shaking motion creates true plug-flow conveying, enabling first-in, first-out processing and highly uniform drying performance. The system combines controlled residence time with excellent fluidization characteristics, allowing accurate process control and consistent product quality across the entire production cycle.
