Our flip flow and rubber mats are made in England cutting down on lead times over having to import them.
Flip Flow mats are commonly used in spalek and wash plants, their undulating action when the screen is running allows for much more efficient screening where damp or sticky products would cause blinding in a standard woven mesh.
Rubber mats are used where noise pollution might be a problem and can offer longer wear life than standard woven mesh, although throughput will generally be reduced due to a smaller open area.
