Concrete Washout Systems

The CWS Concrete Washout System- The CWS works by allowing operators to wash off concrete trucks and equipment using a hose supplied by a built-in water tank, retaining the solids in an adsorption sack specially designed to allow the fast flow of water whilst capturing solids and oil residue. The filtered effluent can then drain whilst contaminants are adsorbed by the sack. The wash water can be manually treated using KT neutraliser and recycled indefinitely, being redistributed to the hose for later wash offs.

The CWS Ultra and Double Washout- The Ultra works in the same way as the CWS but with the added benefits of automatic pH neutralisation using CO², a higher volume pump for optimum hose pressure, and an increased capacity. The Double Washout retains all of the improvements of the Ultra but has the added benefit of an additional adsorption sack to allow for continuous washout as when one sack is being changed or allowed to drain, the other can continue to be used to wash off, minimising operational delays.

The Mini Mobile Washout System- The Mini works in the same way as the CWS but is primarily designed for small tools, with the huge benefit of being on wheels, making it easily transportable around site.
