The FLOTMAT 08 reclaimer can be filled from the side via a large table or from the end at ground level with a bucket wheel. Using a vibrating chute instead of the traditional screw means there is low wear and low maintenance costs resulting in a dry sand and aggregate output, as well as water with lower than 0.2mm fine particles. This results in all fractions sand, aggregate and water being able to be reused in the making of fresh concrete.
