Auger Torque’s Cone Crusher Bucket provides a simple, efficient, and cost-effective solution for processing and recycling construction rubble directly on site. Designed for compact working environments, it enables operators to transform waste materials into reusable aggregate, reducing both disposal costs and the need for imported materials.

At the heart of the design is a seven-sided rotating cone housed within a cylindrical drum, delivering continuous crushing action as material passes through the bucket. Large material is broken down progressively, ensuring consistent output sizing typically between 40–70mm, making it ideal for reuse in a variety of construction applications.

The crushing surfaces are manufactured from hardened steel and tungsten carbide, providing exceptional wear resistance and durability in demanding environments. Combined with a robust planetary gearbox and high-quality hydraulic motors, the system delivers efficient torque transmission and reliable long-term performance.

A wide bucket mouth design allows for easy scooping and sorting of material, improving handling efficiency and enabling a single operator to complete tasks that would traditionally require multiple workers. Its compact form factor ensures excellent manoeuvrability on confined job sites while remaining compatible with a range of carriers including excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and telehandlers.

With throughput capabilities of up to 5 tonnes per hour (and up to 9 tonnes per hour for brick), the Cone Crusher Bucket enhances site efficiency by minimising transport, reducing site traffic, and accelerating project timelines.

Typical Applications

  • Crushing construction rubble and demolition waste
  • Creating reusable hardcore and aggregate
  • Foundation and base layer preparation
