Air Leak Detection Surveys

Air leaks cause your compressed air system to lose pressure, resulting in reduced productivity and increased energy usage. This can lead to excess time, money and energy being wasted. Your downstream processes may also be impacted by the pressure loss. 

Leaks can occur anywhere but often they’re in:

• Couplings, hoses, tubes and fittings
• Pneumatic filters, regulators and lubricators etc.
• Pipe joints
• Drain valves

Leaks will be identified using state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology by one of our trained Engineers. The survey is non-invasive and can be conducted during normal working hours. We will repair leaks during the survey appointment if possible and recommendations will be given for any more extensive repairs or improvements.
