Heading to Hillhead next week? Come prepared!

Hillhead 2026 is now just days away. From 23-25 June, more than 620 exhibitors and four live demonstration areas will come together at Hillhead Quarry, Buxton, for the biggest edition of the UK's largest quarrying, construction and recycling event.

To help you make the most of your visit, here are a few things worth remembering before you set off…

— Make the most of extended opening hours

Hillhead is open until 6pm on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 June, giving you more flexibility to explore the showground and fit more into your day.

— Wear suitable footwear

Hillhead takes place in a working quarry, so comfortable, sturdy footwear is recommended. With hundreds of exhibitors and live demonstrations taking place across the site, you'll be covering plenty of ground.

— Be prepared for the weather

Whatever the forecast, it's worth packing accordingly.

Sunny weather? Bring sunscreen, sunglasses and a refillable water bottle. You can top up throughout the show at the Siemens Financial Services Hydration Stations.

Rain forecast? Waterproof clothing will help ensure you can enjoy everything Hillhead has to offer, whatever the conditions.

— Parking is free

Parking is free for all visitors, thanks to Certas Energy, sponsor of the Hillhead 2026 visitor car parks and shuttle buses. Their support will help thousands of visitors travel to and from the show safely and efficiently across all three days. You can visit them on Stand A8.
