Jihostroj a.s.

Jihostroj a.s. is a well-established manufacturing company that was founded in 1919. It has long been active in the industrial market, serving manufacturers of aircraft, construction and agricultural machinery, as well as other mobile equipment. Its production programme is divided into two divisions.

The Hydraulic Division focuses on producing hydraulic gear pumps, motors, distributors and valves. A significant portion of the Hydraulic Division's product range comprises heavy-duty cast iron pumps designed for demanding applications, such as crushers and screeners. 

The Aviation Division focuses on producing aircraft fuel and hydraulic system instruments, propeller control systems, and APU fuel control units for leading global aircraft and power unit manufacturers.

The company operates its own electroplating, heat treatment and tooling facilities. Jihostroj is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. Additionally, the aerospace division holds AS9100, EASA Part 21 and 145 certifications, with selected processes also certified under NADCAP.
