fibo Collect UK serves as the official distributor for fibo Intercon, a Danish manufacturer known for its groundbreaking self-service system for collecting concrete, mortar, screed, and loose aggregates: fibo Collect. What truly sets this system apart are its innovative features, including a self-cleaning pan mixer with integrated washout water recycling, allowing the same mixer to produce both concrete and mortar seamlessly.

At Hillhead 2026, fibo Collect UK will be exhibiting alongside fibo Intercon, with a fibo Collect F1200 model on centre stage at stand W25. Visitors will be able to get up close and personal with the distinctive features that position fibo Collect as the premier option for concrete, mortar, or screed collections such as the hydraulic conveyor, the automated washing system, automated hopper covers, and the integrated water recycling system. 

The team will also be on hand to introduce and discuss the new inliner solution for loose aggregates, designed to bring greater flexibility and control to bulk material handling and self-service operations.

fibo Collect systems can now be found in recycling yards across the UK, and supporting more sustainable practices for adopters remains central to the mission. The machines help reduce primary extraction by enabling the use of recycled sand and gravel in mix production, while the integrated water recycling system further strengthens environmental performance.

The systems are also helping adopters in the waste management sector expand their customer base. The concept particularly resonates with builders, landscapers, and groundworkers, many of whom have moved away from traditional Belle mixers in favour of fibo Collect’s consistent mixing capabilities for volumes between 0.2–1m³. Builders who were initially sceptical have since become strong advocates, praising the reliable mortar quality and improved labour efficiency. Crucially, the ability to collect materials on the way to site is also helping to keep large readymix vehicles off the road, reducing transport in the industry.
