Bunting’s extensive range of magnetic separators and metal detectors stop costly equipment damage by separating and locating tramp metal.  Bunting’s eddy current separators enable valuable non-ferrous metal recovery from waste.

In quarries and mines, Bunting’s Overband Magnets, Suspension Magnets, Pulley Magnets, and Industrial Metal Detectors find and remove metal to protect crushers, screens, and conveyors.

In recycling operations and on mobile plant for construction waste recycling, Bunting’s Overband Magnets and Pulley Magnets separate ferrous metals, the Eddy Current Separator recovers non-ferrous metals, and Industrial Metal Detectors identify metals, including manganese steel.

The Bunting range of Overband Magnets includes both permanent and electromagnetic models.  The permanent overband magnets feature models that include the globally popular PCB.  The electromagnetic range of Overband Magnets includes the ElectroMax-Plus, which enables increased metal separation power whilst remaining compact and lightweight.

Bunting’s Industrial Metal Detectors are a common feature in many plants, with the models TN77 and meTRON 05C offering differing sensitivity levels for every application.
