The SandFlo™ employs a fluidised bed separator using aerated sand to sift through non-ferrous metal fragments, screened to 50mm, based on density. Its ingenious design ensures continuous sand particle recirculation, making it ideal for recovering low density materials, like aluminium, from higher density materials such as zinc, copper and brass from mixed non-ferrous metals.
MagThro™, our magnetic recycling system, boasts exceptional high energy efficiency, extracting non-ferrous metals from mixed materials through a dry process. Notable features include 12-pole magnetic shafts, neodymium rare earth magnets, adjustable eccentric rotor and versatile splitter options. With belt widths ranging from 500mm to 1500mm, MagThro™ offers premium performance with ease of use.
