BlakerTech, based in West Sussex, specialises in the manufacture and refurbishment of advanced metal recycling equipment. At stand C5, our team will be on hand to discuss and demonstrate the capabilities of our two flagship systems: MagThro and SandFlo.
 
MagThro is a high-performance magnetic separation system engineered for energy-efficient extraction of non-ferrous metals from mixed materials. Equipped with a 12-pole magnetic rotor, neodymium rare-earth magnets, adjustable eccentric rotor settings and multiple splitter configurations, MagThro™ delivers consistent results across a range of applications. Belt widths from 500 mm to 1500 mm provide flexibility for both new and existing processing lines.
 
SandFlo is a dry density separation system that uses a fluidised bed of aerated sand to efficiently separate non-ferrous metal fractions. By continuously recirculating sand particles and applying density-based stratification, SandFlo™ is highly effective at recovering low-density materials such as aluminium from higher-density metals including zinc, copper and brass within mixed non-ferrous streams.
 
Both systems can be fully integrated with a comprehensive range of supporting equipment - including hoppers, feeders, conveyors and ancillary components, to create complete, optimised separation solutions.
