TMS Digital Platform for Mobile Machines and Production Plants

The TMS Platform is a modular Industry 4.0 → 5.0 solution dedicated to the optimisation of quarry operations, covering wheel loaders, excavators, dumpers and production plants. For excavators and dumpers, TMS delivers detailed analysis of extraction and internal transport processes, including transport settlement, fuel and energy intensity per ton, machine utilisation, route efficiency and transport costs broken down by vehicles, operators and subcontractors. The system supports planning, quality control and loss identification across internal logistics.

For production plants, the platform provides real-time analysis of production processes, automatic calculation of OEE / OOE / REE indicators, energy intensity control, production settlement and preventive maintenance support. Cross-sectional KPI analysis enables identification of bottlenecks and underutilised infrastructure.
