Solid-block spherical roller bearing housed units

Our spherical roller bearing solid-block housed units are built to keep quarry operations moving in demanding, heavily contaminated environments. Advanced multi-point seals, robust steel housings and high-performance spherical roller bearings help reduce downtime and support increased uptime, while machined mounting feet enable precise one-time shaft alignment and easier replacement. A wide range of housing configurations and sizes supports interchangeability with most solid-block housed roller bearing units and accommodates shaft diameters from 35 mm to 380 mm. The design also allows up to ±1.5° of shaft misalignment, bidirectional shaft expansion with field conversion from fixed to floating, fast delivery of application-specific configurations, and added protection against over-lubrication with standard pressure relief valves on non-purgeable seal options.
