Return cradles transform the way return rollers are changed, providing the flexibility of making use of a single walkway or walkways on both sides of the conveyor.

The Rulmeca Cradle’s unique ‘4 bar’ improved design ensures that the roller is securely held in place during replacement or unexpected failure.

Our cradle is also tailored to fit your existing roller design.

By installing these cradles above walkway areas, our customers are using them as a proactive safety measure.

Offers both Practical and Safety Improvements.

• Frame is designed to allow the return rollers to be both replaced and fitted, in both an easy and controlled manner. (From either side). Ideal on conveyors with limited or poor access i.e. walkway on one side only.
• An added safety feature is that the ‘cradle’ will catch any failed rollers, i.e. if the roller/spindle should collapse or break.  Reducing the risk of damaged rollers falling from height.
