MVM Mechanical Exciter

The MVM series of unidirectional mechanical oscillators has been designed for large-scale vibrating applications. Two shafts equipped with centrifugal masses are driven in opposite directions via a gear mechanism, generating linear vibration. Power is typically transmitted from a universal joint shaft, which is in turn connected to either a 3-phase asynchronous motor or a hydraulic motor. The MVM series, leveraging its capacity to generate significant centrifugal forces and the synchronization of eccentric masses, allows the vibrating machine to undergo reduced mechanical stress during startup and shutdown phases. Each component has been carefully engineered and sized to ensure long-term durability and high reliability, even in critical environments, capable of withstanding high mechanical loads. An oil bath lubrication system ensures optimal gear and bearing lifespan, minimizing maintenance requirements. MVM Oscillators can be coupled in series, and their versatility is enhanced by the ease of adjusting eccentric masses.
