The machine operates as a self-contained unit with onboard power, conveyors and feeder. Hydraulically foldable conveyors and walkways simplify transport with increased accessibility to service points as well as increased accessibility for screen mesh maintenance.

DSS screening machines use a patented 10G Force screening technology that allows the effective screening of difficult materials at cut sizes/volumes that conventional machines (with a typical 3G - 6G force) cannot handle.

The unique design utilises synchronised shafts to distribute the forces evenly, preventing excessive vibration and minimising maintenance issues.

Multi-deck screening enables the simultaneous separation of multiple streams for further processing. 

With lower energy requirements and a smaller carbon footprint than traditional machines, the DSS electric powered screening machine guarantees high capacity and output with maximum efficiency.
