Belt Tracking Rollers

Rulmeca UK Ltd Stand: PB38

Widely used across the industry and within all applications where conveyor belts operate, self-aligning rollers provide an immediate and effective response to belt misalignment on the return side. By continuously correcting the belt’s tracking, they ensure stable and consistent alignment, eliminating the need for additional containment systems or tracking devices.

Designed for belt widths ranging from 450 mm to 1800 mm, these rollers can be installed on par with standard return rollers, without specialist tools or complex installation procedures. Their reliable performance is ensured by an internal sealed cartridge that houses a purely mechanical self-aligning system. This sealed design protects the internal mechanism from dust, debris, moisture, and other environmental contaminants commonly found in mining operations, guaranteeing long service life with virtually no maintenance.

Integrating self-aligning return rollers into a conveyor system significantly reduces the risk of belt edge damage, structural wear, and material spillage caused by lateral belt movement. By maintaining proper belt tracking, they help avoid unplanned shutdowns, thus improving operational safety, productivity, and overall plant efficiency.

The result is lower maintenance costs, extended component lifespan, and measurable savings over the lifetime of the conveyor system.
