Zappshelter launch ‘industry-first’ 10-year warranty at Hillhead 2026

ZAPPSHELTER have officially announced an unprecedented 10-year, all-inclusive warranty covering their entire range of industrial shelter systems, which will take effect on 1 June 2026.

The announcement comes after the company celebrated its 10th anniversary at the end of last year. What began a decade ago as a passionate mission by the Michel family to solve a problem - keeping assets dry and protected from the brutal British weather - has evolved into a recognized brand trusted by a wide range of internationally renowned companies.

To mark this milestone, Zappshelter are pushing the boundaries of industry standards. Previously, the company offered a five-year, all-inclusive warranty, already widely regarded as the most robust, transparent and loophole-free guarantee on the market. By doubling it to 10 years, Zappshelter say they are introducing a level of asset security that simply does not exist elsewhere in the fabric-structure sector.

This bold move is underpinned by total confidence in the company’s product DNA. The decade-long guarantee is made possible by Zappshelter's in-house structural engineering, high-tensile steel, and a uniquely resilient fabric membrane engineered to withstand the harshest industrial and weather conditions.

To mark the launch, Zappshelter will bring ‘The Bull’ — a custom-built 300hp V8 Land Rover Defender mascot — to Hillhead 2026, reflecting the durability and rugged performance of the company’s shelter systems and its new 10-year warranty programme.

Hillhead 2026 will also host the launch of Zappshelter’s new brand mantra, ‘Cut the BS, Follow the Bull’, with visitors to stand U13 able to see the vehicle on display and collect limited edition branded merchandize.

The company says the new 10-year warranty and rapid-deployment shelter systems are designed to support operators in sectors such as plant hire, construction, aggregates, and recycling, where weather protection and reduced downtime remain key operational priorities. The extended warranty will apply to all qualifying Zappshelter structures installed from 1 June 2026 onwards.
