Terex MPS to bring TI4143 HSI crusher to Hillhead 2026

TEREX MPS will exhibit the TI4143 horizontal-shaft impactor (HSI) at Hillhead 2026, offering a solution designed to deliver reliable performance alongside straightforward operation and maintenance.

The TI4143 is engineered to support efficient day-to-day operation in quarrying and recycling applications. The HSI is equipped with a hydraulic assist system that provides rapid apron adjustments, allowing operators to respond quickly to changes in feed materials and product specifications without lengthy production interruptions.

Maintenance access has also been a key consideration in the machine’s design. Four inspection doors and a hinged side door provide direct access to the rotor, blow bars and aprons, whilst the crushing chamber can be hydraulically opened to facilitate routine servicing and blow bar replacement.

A quick-release wedge-lock system further simplifies blow bar changes, reducing maintenance time and improving operational efficiency. For operators seeking additional maintenance support, an optional blow bar jib crane is available to assist with handling components.

According to Terex MPS, the combination of productivity, accessibility, and ease of maintenance makes the TI4143 well suited to the demands of modern quarrying and recycling operations.

Terex MPS will also use Hillhead to introduce Willem Duplooy, who was appointed sales director for the Europe and Africa region earlier this year. Mr Duplooy brings more than 30 years’ experience in the crushing and screening industry, with extensive OEM and dealer experience across Africa. He has played a key role in expanding distribution networks and strengthening customer relationships since joining the business.
