Terex brand MAGNA to make exciting debut at Hillhead 2026

MAGNA, a Terex brand specializing in large-scale crushing, screening and conveying solutions, will make their Hillhead debut, exhibiting on stand L4 with the MT400C cone crusher and MT6S heavy-duty scalping screen.

Launched in 2024, the brand has already gained momentum through customer open days in the UK and US, and its first major international exhibition appearance at the recent Conexpo-Con/Agg, with Hillhead 2026 marking its first UK show.

Designed for high output, large reduction ratios, and a consistent cubical product shape, the MT400C cone crusher features an 8m³ hopper and feeder, automated metal detection, and a purge chute to protect the cone and minimise unplanned downtime.

The unit is also equipped with full hydraulic closed-side setting adjustment with electronic monitoring, a fuel-efficient direct drive system with a wet clutch, and a hydraulic tramp relief system with automatic reset. Additional features include multiple liner configurations, cone overload protection, dust suppression, and MAGNA telemetry as standard.

Also on display, the MT6S scalping screen is designed for high-volume processing across quarrying, mining, construction and demolition, recycling, and aggregate applications. Capable of throughputs up to 800 tonnes per hour, it can be fed by a crusher, an excavator, or a wheel loader.

The MT6S features a 6.1m x 1.8m top-deck screen and a 5.5m x 1.8m bottom-deck screen within a modular screen box configuration. Hydraulic adjustment allows screen angles between 14–18°, while a 600mm lift at the discharge end improves access for media changes. All stockpiling conveyors include hydraulic angle adjustment and extendable head sections to maximize discharge height and stockpile capacity.
