MAJOR to showcase screen media solutions at Hillhead

AT this year’s Hillhead exhibition, MAJOR will showcase their range of high-performance screen media solutions, including FLEX-MAT screen media and woven wire screens.

The company will display its FLEX-MAT modular screen media, designed to deliver high open area, efficient stratification and resistance to blinding and pegging, even in demanding screening applications. The modular system is available in multiple configurations, including the D, S and T series, to suit different material sizes and operating requirements.

Also on display will be FLEX-MAT tensioned screen media, which uses lime-green polyurethane strips to allow each wire to vibrate independently from hook to hook, improving material stratification and screening efficiency. The system is available in side- and end-tensioned formats, with options including side seals, overlaps and crown deck adapters.

MAJOR will also present their woven wire screens, featuring OPTIMUMWIRE technology, engineered with tightly controlled crimps and a precise weave pattern to deliver extended wear life and consistent screening performance across a wide range of applications.
