KAB and TEK Seating put driver comfort and safety first

The company – one of the UK’s largest independent vehicle seating distributors for the OEM and aftermarket – is KAB’s nominated dealer at Hillhead 2026 and will be on hand to advise on a selection of high-quality, comfortable KAB seats for most construction vehicles.

On show will be seats from the high-spec KAB 600 series, featuring high- and medium-back air suspension. The KAB 86/K4 is an air-suspension seat with a 12V or 24V compressor or manual controls, five-position lumbar support, and 75mm integral height adjustment.

The 65/K4 offers a heavy-duty suspension solution for tough environments. Suitable for medium- and large-sized construction machinery, it helps improve the overall ride for the user. The seat features a high back, an adjustable damper, and a fitted two-point seat belt.

The KAB 524 is a four-spring mechanical suspension seat with a 100mm vertical suspension stroke, 60mm height and tilt adjustment, five-position lumbar support, and an adjustable headrest.

Another robust construction seat is the KAB 525P air-and-mechanical suspension seat with pods and back angle. The 514C seat is ideal for fitment into large industrial vehicle applications. With its heavy-duty mechanical suspension, users can manually adjust the seat to their requirements. This seat also features a four-point belt harness for added security.

The KAB 555 is a heavy-duty air-suspension seat available with 24V, 12V, or manual-valve air suspension, 60mm seat height and tilt adjustment, five-position lumbar support, and optional armrests.

The KAB 11-E6 mechanical-suspension seat with a low back is ideal for medium-sized construction vehicles. It has a 70mm integral height adjustment, an 80mm vertical suspension stroke, and a 150mm fore-and-aft adjustment. Lumbar support, armrests, back extension, swivel, PVC and lap belt are optional.

The narrow KAB 214 seat is ideal when space is limited. It features a 50mm vertical suspension stroke, a five-step adjustment for driver weight from 50 to 120kg, fore-and-aft adjustment up to 195mm in 15mm increments, and an optional belt.
