Haver & Boecker Niagara Stand: PA3
Haver & Boecker Niagara to showcase advanced screening media and diagnostics
Haver Boecker & Niagara’s Ty-Wire screen media is said to offer up to 80% more open area than modular polyurethane screens

VISITORS to the Haver & Boecker Niagara stand will be able to explore the Canadian OEM specialist’s end-to-end quarrying solutions, including screeners, screen media, and advanced diagnostic systems designed to improve efficiency, uptime, and throughput.

Screen media and diagnostics will take centre stage, highlighting the importance of selecting the right media to maximize performance. The company will present its Ty-Wire screen media, featuring a hybrid design that delivers up to 80% more open area than modular polyurethane screens, significantly reducing blinding and virtually eliminating pegging.

Haver & Boecker Niagara will also highlight MAJOR’s Flex-mat screen media, which is said to increase throughput by up to 40% through enhanced material stratification and greater open area, and to use durable Optimumwire to provide up to five times longer wear life.

Reinforcing their focus on equipment uptime and simplified maintenance, Haver & Boecker Niagara will present its Pulse diagnostics portfolio, comprising Pulse Vibration Analysis, Pulse Condition Monitoring, and the Pulse Impact Test. As a leading system for vibrating-screen monitoring across all brands, Pulse is designed to assess machine health and ensure optimum screening performance and reliability.

The software detects irregularities that can reduce efficiency, increase operating costs, and lead to potential breakdowns, allowing operators to prevent unplanned downtime and make informed maintenance decisions.

Representatives will also be available to discuss the Niagara F-Class vibrating screen, whose advanced design minimizes vibration transmitted to the supporting structure, even under demanding conditions. This reduced vibration extends equipment life, supports consistent screening performance, and simplifies maintenance, making it a proven solution for aggregates producers focused on reliability and uptime.
