Haver & Boecker Niagara highlight screening innovations at Hillhead

HAVER & Boecker Niagara showcased their latest mineral processing technologies at Hillhead 2026, with a strong focus on screening efficiency, equipment reliability and predictive maintenance.

Visitors to the company's stand explored a range of end-to-end processing solutions, including advanced screen media, vibrating screen technologies and Pulse Diagnostics, all designed to maximize uptime, throughput and operational performance.

Among the highlights was Ty-Wire screen media, whose hybrid design provides up to 80% more open area than modular polyurethane alternatives, helping to reduce blinding and virtually eliminate pegging. Also on display was MAJOR Flex-Mat screen media, engineered to improve material stratification, increase throughput by up to 40% and deliver extended service life using durable Optimumwire technology.

Haver & Boecker Niagara also promoted its Pulse Diagnostics portfolio, comprising Pulse Vibration Analysis, Pulse Condition Monitoring and the Pulse Impact Test. Compatible with vibrating screens from any manufacturer, the system monitors equipment health, identifies developing faults and helps operators plan maintenance before issues lead to reduced performance or unplanned downtime.

The company also highlighted the engineering behind its Niagara F-Class vibrating screen, whose advanced design minimizes vibration transfer to the supporting structure. This helps extend equipment life, maintain consistent screening performance and reduce maintenance requirements, making the machine well suited to demanding quarrying and aggregates applications.
