fibo Collect UK set to impress at Hillhead

IN just three years, fibo Collect UK have become one of the nation’s leading suppliers of ready-to-collect concrete, mortar, and screed systems, with installations now operating at various construction businesses across the UK, including builders' merchants and recycled sand and aggregate yards.

What started as a simple idea in 2023 – providing trades with quick access to small volumes of concrete – has developed into a flexible system integrated directly into operational yards. Building on experience from Danish manufacturer fibo Intercon’s European rollouts, fibo Collect UK have tailored the concept to the UK’s construction and recycling sectors, helping operators optimize ready-to-collect production while promoting circular practices.

The system’s sustainability credentials are notable. It promotes material reuse, water recycling, and the use of secondary aggregates. According to fibo Collect UK, some recycling and aggregate recovery operators are now producing high-quality sand and gravel from construction waste, feeding it directly into the fibo Collect system, thereby reducing reliance on primary materials and minimising landfill waste.

At Hillhead 2026, fibo Collect UK and fibo Intercon will showcase the F1200 model for concrete, mortar, and screed. Visitors to the company's stand can also see live demonstrations of the system’s control panels and features, including the fibo Loop water recycling system – said to be the first fully circular washout loop in the collect batching sector.
