European premieres and global launches to feature on Astec stand

ASTEC Industries Inc. will place customer productivity, performance, and profitability at the centre of their Hillhead 2026 showcase, unveiling eight new crushing, screening, washing, and material-handling innovations for the European market.

Exhibiting at stands E11 and J11, the company will demonstrate a range of new technologies to improve operational efficiency, maximize output, and support demanding quarrying and recycling applications. Several machines will run live throughout the show, giving visitors the opportunity to see the latest equipment in action and speak directly with Astec specialists.

Among the headline launches will be the European debut of the new Frontier tracked mobile crushing and screening range, designed for rapid set-up, flexibility, and high-performance production in hard rock environments. Astec will also introduce the Kolberg Eco-Scrub modular washing solution, designed to deliver efficient wet processing in semi-mobile applications.

The company will also showcase its patented Vari-Frequency technology on the Pioneer 6203LPV horizontal screen, designed to minimize blinding and maximize throughput. Another key highlight will be the European launch of Astec’s patented Multi-Frequency screen technology, proven across a wide range of difficult materials, including sticky aggregates, recycled asphalt planings (RAP), topsoil, and quarry scalpings.

Material-handling solutions will feature prominently on the stand, with products on display including the Telestack TCL 1031 Zero heavy-duty stacker and the new Telestack LF527 low-feed hopper feeder, both engineered to improve efficiency, reduce double handling, and support high-tonnage operations.

Astec will also highlight their integrated end-to-end material-handling systems for pit-to-port and port-to-plant logistics applications, alongside the company’s in-house Signal telematics platform, which provides operators with real-time performance insights and simplified fleet maintenance management.
