The Eriez stand at Hillhead 2026 will showcase the company’s latest material-handling equipment

ERIEZ will showcase their latest material-handling technologies, including a live demonstration of the new 75B-HC high-capacity electromagnetic vibratory feeder.

Exhibiting on Stand F7, the company will present the feeder as part of a working material-handling display that also incorporates a conveyor system equipped with an Eriez metal detector, a suspended magnet, and other bulk-material processing solutions.

The 75B-HC forms part of the company’s B-HC range, developed to deliver higher throughput while maintaining the precise material control associated with electromagnetic vibratory feeder technology.

Designed for demanding bulk material-handling applications, the feeder uses a high-power electromagnetic drive and a rare-earth armature to generate controlled linear motion. By applying force in both forward and reverse directions, the system delivers consistent material flow and accurate feed-rate control across a wide range of operating conditions.

‘The B-HC line has been developed to meet growing demand for higher-capacity vibratory feeding solutions without compromising control,’ said Clay O’Dana, Eriez’s global product manager – vibratory. ‘It enables operators to manage higher throughputs while maintaining the consistent, precise material flow required for demanding applications.’

The feeder’s coil-and-magnet assembly is fully encapsulated in epoxy to protect against dust and moisture ingress whilst eliminating coil movement, thereby improving reliability and extending service life in demanding operating environments.

Feed rate control is provided by a compact AC control system with accelerometer feedback, allowing operators to adjust throughput accurately whilst minimizing power consumption and maintenance requirements.

Suitable for installation beneath hoppers and surge bins, B-HC feeders are designed to provide controlled, consistent material flow to downstream processing equipment, including conveyors, screens, crushers and elevators.
