Dynamic Screening Systems set to debut the DYNAMIC X7 at Hillhead

DYNAMIC Screening Systems (DSS) Ltd will showcase their latest machine, the DYNAMIC X7, at Hillhead 2026. Built around proven 10G screening technology, the X7 delivers high G-force performance, integrated mobility, high throughput and reduced operating costs, all within a compact, transportable design.

Developed to meet current market demands while allowing for future adaptability, the machine is designed for a wide range of challenging screening applications. The self-contained unit features onboard power, conveyors and feeder systems, with hydraulically folding conveyors and walkways to simplify transport and improve access for service and maintenance.

Designed for flexibility and demanding site conditions, the DYNAMIC X7 is suited for applications including recycled aggregates, coal, incinerator bottom ash (IBA), steel foundry slag, quarry scalping waste, automotive shredder residue (ASR), construction and demolition fines, and muck-away waste.

Established in 2015 by directors Martin Eves and Patrick O’Toole, DSS develop advanced screening and separation technologies for extreme screening applications.

Its patented 10G Force technology was first introduced through the SST Screen (+2mm separation) for coarse screening and the MST Screen for micron screening (–2mm separation), with both platforms now available in a range of configurations to suit customer requirements. The latest addition to the portfolio – the DYNAMIC X7 fully tracked mobile screening machine – further expands DSS’s capabilities in high-performance mobile screening.

Focused on the recovery and repurposing of valuable resources, the company continues to expand its global presence and is actively developing an international dealer network to support the growing demand for its innovative screening solutions.
