The Verderflex iDURA 45-80 is an expansion of the much-loved DURA family of peristaltic pumps, now available with IP66-rated integrated inverter and hose-burst detection across the full range of size designations. This product was honoured with the prestigious Industrial Product of the Year award at the Industrial Plant & Equipment Awards 2023. The Verderflex iDURA 45-80 range stood out among its peers for its cutting-edge design, exceptional performance, and significant contributions to industrial efficiency.

The Verderflex Remote Assistant, which is Verder’s in-house-developed Internet of Things (IoT) application, was recently shortlisted in the Pump Industry Awards 2024 in the very competitive ‘Product of the Year’ category. IoT is available on the full iDURA range, as well as on the Ds500, which will also be displayed at the show. This offers the user remote monitoring of their peristaltic pumps for predictive maintenance, as well as detailed pump performance, data analysis, and customized alerts.

Piston diaphragm pumps are the best solution for high-pressure filter-press applications, distinguished by their great energy efficiency. Thanks to their almost pulsation-free flow and their robust design, they have proven themselves in many industries.
