Dynapac UK have recently commissioned a SD2500CS tracked paver for Heidelberg Materials Contracting. The paver, which is equipped with innovative technology and will enhance Heidelberg Materials’ efficiency and capabilities in their future projects, was proudly displayed on the SMT GB stand at Hillhead 2024, looking resplendent in Heidelberg Materials’ livery and colours.
‘As part of Heidelberg’s commitment to provide our clients with the best viable solutions, I am really pleased to be taking delivery of our new tracked paver. This will really help to support our commitment to deliver excellence and efficiencies to our extensive range of projects, and I can’t wait to see it in action,’ commented Scott Szafranski, national asset manager with Heidelberg Materials Contracting.
Having the paver on the SMT GB stand at Hillhead allowed attendees to get a glimpse of what Dynapac and SMT can offer customers, as a team, combining vast machine knowledge with enhanced customer service and localized support. Heidelberg Materials say they endorse the exciting partnership and are looking forward to working with both parties.
‘Dynapac UK and SMT GB are both customer-centric organizations with a focus on providing industry-leading machinery and support to our valued customers. Having Heidelberg Materials’ Dynapac paver and a Volvo L350F rebuilt wheel loader on our stand at Hillhead this year demonstrated the range of products and services we are able to offer. Our partnership with Dynapac UK will further strengthen our offerings and the support for them,’ said Phil Battle, director of strategic accounts at SMT GB.
Mr Szafranski continued: ‘Dynapac and SMT joining forces will bring together two of the key players within the construction industry and genuinely provide customers with not only an excellent choice of machines, but also, via SMT, an amazing support and parts supply network that the industry has been desperately in need of for many years. I’m really looking forward to this collaboration helping to further build upon Heidelberg’s longstanding relationship with both parties.’
The partnership officially begins on 1 October 2024 following a brief transition period.
‘We are thrilled about the partnership between Dynapac UK and SMT GB. This joint effort will combine excellent customer service with extensive expertise in road machinery,’ said Mark Black, managing director of Dynapac UK. ‘Showing the Heidelberg Materials machines on the SMT stand was a perfect example of what we will be able to achieve and offer in this partnership. We eagerly anticipate our future together in the industry.’
