SBM Mineral Processing, the Austrian specialist in track-mounted hybrid electrified crushing plants, comes to Hillhead 2024 with a diverse range of machines and strong UK dealer support. From its range of 12 models of JAWMAX^® jaw crushers and REMAX impact crushers (23.0 to 160.0 t operating weight), SBM will be showing its new flagship REMAX 600 for the first time in the UK. With a maximum operating weight of only around 80 tonnes, this impact crusher (1380 x 1000 mm inlet) produces up to 600 tph and defines a completely new performance segment in mobile crushing. The plant is equipped as standard with an active double-deck pre-screen and three optional circular vibratory secondary screens (1, 2, 3-deck) including oversize grain recirculation. As technology carrier, the REMAX 600 is an important part of the "Autonomous Crushing" project, the progress of which SBM will be detailing at the show.

SBM will also showcase the 40-tonne JAWMAX 450 jaw crusher on the stand as a universal, highly mobile 450 tph solution for raw materials and recycling. SBM's live demonstration will feature the REMAX 450 with its class-leading impact crusher (1260 x 800 mm inlet) for feed sizes up to 1000 mm. With a maximum capacity of 450 tonnes per hour, the plant's active double-deck pre-screen and optional 1/2-deck post-screen, generously dimensioned transfers and conveyors enable a wide range of defined end products to be easily produced in a single pass.
