Optibelt UK Ltd
Optibelt will be exhibiting their new, third-generation Red Power 3 drive belts, which are maintenance-free and energy efficient. Red Power belts are increasingly being specified by operators of belt-driven machinery, such as crushers and screens, due to their proven ability to reduce costs and improve productivity. Their unique construction means that they require no re-tensioning throughout their service life, thereby greatly reducing downtime and maintenance costs. They have also been shown to significantly outlast conventional belts, often several times over.
Efficiencies of 97% can be achieved with Red Power 3, compared with 94% or less for other belts, adding up to significant power savings across a site. Having been tried and tested, Red Power 3 belts are now specified by some of the UK's leading quarrying and recycling companies. They are available in all standard V-profiles, including SPA, SPB, SPC, 8V.
Also on display will be Optibelt's range of drive optimization tools, including laser pulley aligners and belt-tension testers.
