Terra-Star®

This line stands for tough continuous use on construction sites, company grounds, or landfills. The unit’s radial piston motor produces 2400 Nm of torque from a standstill and thus enables an enormous start-up for the shafts, even under the toughest conditions. Starting with the model TSP.184, two of these motors are installed, which ensures that the TSP.184 works through a volume of 2.2 m3 in 20-30 seconds. In order to keep these large forces restrained, a shock valve is connected upstream to help protect the bearings and the chains. The bearings are maintenance-free and low viscosity grease is used in the chain cases, which ensures lubrication at every point throughout the movement of the bucket and the chain‘s revolution. This means that the Terra Star does not have to be re-lubricated and is maintenance-free. Sieving, mixing, loosening, chopping - all shafts may also be used for the Powerline, and here too the shafts can also be converted without any problems. Interchangeable use on excavators and front-end loaders are also feasible with the Powerline.
