Laser Machines & Capabilities: Fiber laser 6 Kw 4000 mm x 2000 mm bed size with tower, automatic loading / unloading capabilities Fiber Laser 5 kw 3000mm x 1500mm bed size with automatic loading/unloading capabilities, along with a Prima Laser 4 Kw 4000 mm x 2000 mm bed size which sets us out from our competition due to the increased bed size and further capabilities.

Plasma/Flame Cutting Machine & Capabilities: We have years of experience in Plasma cutting on our machine which has an 4000 mm x 2000 mm bed size and can cut from 20 mm thick up to 110 mm thick material. We can also cut wear plate and abrasion resistant materials.

Pressing Machines & Capabilities: Adding to our impressive flat plate cutting processing capabilities John King Laser have invested in state of the art CNC Press Brake facilities. The Durma AD-S 30 175 CNC synchro press brake is capable of pressing parts up to and including 3050 mm long. It’s complemented with top and bottom tooling and a comprehensive inventory of tooling. Additionally, we have a smaller press brake machine for smaller items and high volume production which runs alongside our larger press gives us and our customers options rather than relying on one machine and one machines limited capacity. Our unique ability to provide a design and make service for non-standard tooling is again just another service which gives us the ability to react and service our client’s wants and needs.
