Orthos Engineering Ltd. will display a fluid bed dryer from our partners, TEMA Process BV. Used for drying (and cooling) a wide range of industrial minerals, TEMA’s shaking fluid bed technology represents a more energy and cost efficient solution than classical style drying machinery e.g. drum dryers and belt dryers. In addition to direct heat / fuel sources (gas and / or light oil), heat can be applied via a heat exchanger from other plant processes, such as exhaust / waste heat from a CHP system, therefore reducing energy costs. Dust filtration by their own in-house manufactured filter plant is an added advantage of the TEMA Process range. Personnel from Orthos and TEMA Process will be on hand to discuss your application.
